After using the Turkesterone Liquid Drops 60ml for a few weeks, I've observed a clear improvement in my weight training performance. I feel noticeably stronger and more focused during workouts. I didnt know if it was just placebo. But after a week of using this every morning. I certainly feel alot more focused. And seem to have alot more get up and go in my work day.It really does work. Picked this up as part of my midlife attempt to get back into shape (and keep up with a crawling baby without sounding like a steam train). Wasn’t expecting miracles, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much this helps with recovery and general gym motivation.

I usually take berberine tablets, but I thought I'd try the drops, and I was surprised to find that they work very well. I may have had a few extra drops lol, definitely suppresses my appetite.

Been taking this fir a while before training and feel I jave a loot of energy while training and I feel I get a good pump and strength increase.. Great taste definitely recommend.
